Today we have the fourth showcase with jungle and drum‘n’bass in the last six months. Maybe not everyone cares, but each of these episodes turned out to be different. Each was a reflection of its author, their style and their own vision of the genre. We had a dark one, we had a melodic one, and there was even a ragga one. The latest episode is presented by Evgeny Asymmetric who takes the chopped breakbeats into a fog of dystopia. British breaks observed by malicious scientists :-)
The author says: “The mix consists entirely of my work, written under the pseudonym Asymmetric. Basically, it’s dark and abstract jungle and drumfunk with complex rhythm sections and sci-fi elements. The showcase contains original tracks, remixes and collaborations with other musicians. Many of the presented tracks have been released on my label Dissymmetric Music not only digitally, but also on vinyl. There are also many unreleased works.”
