Mirco de Govia / Best 2001—2006

Mirco de Govia has been involved in the dance scene since the early nineties, when the first techno and trance labels appeared in Germany. Seeking to learn how this music is made, at the age of 20 he studied the first trackers, slowly saved up for equipment and exchanged cassettes of his own music with his inner circle. This is how he met Ralph Kyau (the future Kyau & Albert), who supported Mirko’s endeavours and released his first records in 1994 and in 2000. The author attributes the long break between releases to his diligent studies as a computer programmer. He gave music the little free time he had.
