A brief history of speedcore

Speedcore naturally continued the trend of increasing the speed in hardcore music of the early 1990s. Taking the best of the extreme metal styles of the 1980s, speedcore combines a loud beat, distorted percussion, hysterical screams, and samples from action and horror films with anti-human and anti-musical messages at a speed of 300 to 1000 BPM.
