Xio — 12×02 podcast

Today is a special day as we welcome our  second guest on the podcast. This time, it’s Artem Malev aka Xio, who is a DJ, a musician, and the owner of the Wax Ninja record store. Three months ago (who thought podcasts are fast to make?) Elina’s mix delighted us with fresh deep house, strange electronics and dub techno. Tonight, we’re treated to melodic garage and classics of North American house music. It comes as no surprise, considering today’s guest is also in charge of the public page SUB URBZ that posts good old-school music.

Artem: “The mix is dedicated to the New York artist Keith Haring. The tracks were composed in different years. It was important for me to create a certain mood, when cultures and genres are blended to engender something beautiful that reaches deep into one’s heart.” Delightful.
