Sunlounger / Best 2007—2010

In the late nineties, it was the York brothers who actively combined trance music with the soft strumming of guitar strings. When they had enough of the Ibiza mood, they were replaced by Roger Shah, a German with Pakistani roots who, as it turned out, loved the Spanish hills and sea no less. With the stage name Sunlounger, he labelled his own music Balearic trance. “What is it?”, journalists asked.
